Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established Diabetes and Endocrinology practice. This outpatient, hospital-owned practice is adjacent to main hospital campus. The physicians, certified diabetes educators, registered dietitian, and nursing staff create a comprehensive health team for our patients and our colleagues. This is an opportunity to grow in your practice with ongoing endocrinologist support and mentorship. This position would entail 5 day a week of patient appointments, no hospital rounding, no call, no weekends.

Minimum Work Experience

• 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in specialty area being sought
