• Practice Setting – Urgent Care Clinic
• Reason for coverage – Expanding UC hours as of January, have 1 provider hired need to hire 2^nd provider to work the opposite 7 on/7 off. Need an experienced provider as they will work in a sole provider model in the evening hours so taking their time to hire
• Work schedule –12-10 (last patient taken at 9) 7 days on / 7 days off
• On Call/Call Backs – None
• Required Skills – Urgent Care
• Case Load - 25-30 in a 10 hour shift
• Patient Population – All ages
• Certifications Required - ACLS
• DEA – Needed as well as SD controlled substance registration
• EMR – Epic
• Support Staff –Full support staff for providers, we have 2 advanced practice providers who work 7am – 8pm

Must be SD licensed.
