FQCHC with over four decades of treating patients in Maine's Lake Region is recruiting for an experienced FNP to join their team.

This Federally Qualified Community Health Center follows a patient centered medical home program. They believe in quality of care over #s of patient seen. They work as a team having strong interdepartmental communications.

The FNP will:

• Will treat acute and complex medical issues,
• Preform school and sport physicals
• Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
• See on average 18 patients per shift and
• Manage a patient panel of all age groups.

To qualify for this position the Family Nurse Practitioner must:

• Be FNP-C
• Have 2+ years in a similar setting
• Have or be able to acquire Maine License
• Able to work with a high level of autonomy
• Manage a patient panel
• Strong diagnostic skill
• New Graduates will not be considered for this position
