FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and treat complex and acute primary care medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive evaluations including histories and physicals
• Order diagnostic laboratory and radiology test
• Develop and implement patient management plan of care
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Perform timely documentation of medical records
• Educate both patients and their families

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of accredited family nurse practitioner program
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Experience in primary care
• Able to work independently
• Eligible to receive Rhode Island Nurse Practitioner license
• MINIMUM 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS Family Nurse Practitioner
