The ideal candidate will be patient-centered and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare to the communities they serve. The practice is an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

Applicants should be Board Certified and have NYS licensure and DEA required; at least one to two years of relative experience is required; and possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
