Nurse Practitioner Needed in Kentucky for outpatient clinic setting.  This will be all adult clinic site, no children.  Working Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4:30  PM. No call.  The office has at this time one physician and one other nurse practitioner.  They will be adding a second physician as the practice continues to grow.  These clinicians work as a team.  All providers are expected to see 10-12 patients per day.   Only candidates with clear, active Kentucky licensure and at least a minimum of two years of primary care/chronic disease management experience within the past five years will be considered.  Salary plus incentive pay and full benefit package.
