A busy, multi-specialty care center located 35 miles Northwest of downtown Chicago has an immediate opening for an experienced Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.

• Patients are mostly 30 years and older with an occasional teenager
• Clinic Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday from 8am-2pm.  This provider works every other Saturday.
• Must have 3+ years of primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Active Illinois license required
