A community health center has an opening for an experienced family nurse practitioner to join their medium-sized primary care practice located in Suffolk County, NY.  

• Generous compensation and full benefits including student loan repayment
• 35-40 Hours a week, one evening per week; one Saturday a month, on late night and rotating phone call coverage
• Outpatient position
• Seeking a mission driven candidate
• 3+ years of Provider experience required seeing patients of all ages
• Spanish Speaking a plus
