• Full-time Permanent position, (schedule will be discussed during the interview ) 
• 100% outpatient
• The provider will be providing medical care for the Adult population
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-in, and medical urgent care
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Must have 2 years of experience as an NP/ PA  working in  a related setting  
• FL license must be in hand or in process
