• Full-time Permanent position, (schedule will be discussed during the interview ) 
•  Monday-Friday Schedule 
• The provider will be providing medical care for all ages 
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-in, and medical urgent care
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Due to the patient population, the provider must be able to speak fluent Spanish 
• Must have 1 year of experience as an NP working in a related setting 
• New York  license must be in hand or in process
