Position: Locums - CVT PA - Portsmouth

Position Information: Locum CVT PA needed for Portsmouth Regional Hospital

REQUIRED NH license

Rate $167 per hour,  OT $208.75,  Night call $200 per night,  weekend 24 daily call (Saturday 7 am to Monday 7 am) $500 per day

We have a need for 2 full-time NP/PAs that have CT OR Experience There are day shifts, Night shifts, and Weekend shifts that rotate

Clinical shift 7 am to 3 pm Monday thru Friday with occasional night call from 3 pm to 7 am.  Weekend 24-hour call Sat at 7 am to Monday at 7 am

Provide Hospital Coverage and rotating first call responsibilities for Portsmouth Regional Hospital.  Rotating shifts with 7-8 other APPs to provide 24/7 Coverage

EMR Meditech/ECW

ICU Experience managing Open heart patients, skilled in bedside procedures, surgical experience with vein harvesting preferred.

Daily Patient Volume 5

Looking for the perm.

EVH system used is Maquet

The normal turnaround time for credentialing is 60 days.  45 days with Parallon; 15 days at the entity level

 


Credentialing info:

As to the timeline, the CPC has a target date of approximately 14 - 60 days from the time they receive an RFC to complete their phase of credentialing and release the RFC to this office.  After we receive the completed RFC, it takes an additional period of time for internal reviews of the RFC by the Department Chief and Credentials Chair, and to schedule an interview with the Department Chief.

Our Committee Meetings for approval are as follows:

Credentials Committee:  Last Friday each month

Medical Executive Committee:  1st Tuesday each month

Barring no issues final approval at Board of Trustee meeting:  2nd Thursday each month

After you have been appointed by the Board, you will be required to complete an orientation to the hospital prior to practicing privileges.  Medical Staff Orientation is held the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 8 AM to 1ish, so please plan accordingly
