1099 Contract Position

When: November 2023 for 4 months, likely to extend!

Need a provider starting August for 120 days in northeast West Virginia. Any active state license will suffice.

Federal Correctional Facility - male and female inmates

Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (day shifts) - 40 hours per week; could possibly do 4 ten hour shifts each week
No holidays or weekends needed
Primary Care/Urgent Care
ANY ACTIVE STATE LICENSE WILL SUFFICE
ACLS/BLS and DEA required
Must have at least 1 year of experience
Correctional experience a plus
1099 contract position
Credentialing will likely take 70 - 90 days, must have a clean background

Rate: $70.00 per hour - plus lodging and travel
