Nurse Practitioner – Anticoagulation Management Therapy – Full time Days
Northern, CA in the Sacramento Valley, 90 minutes north of Sacramento and less than 90 minutes south of Redding
Job Summary: Seeking a NP who is confidence and experience to work independently with diverse patient populations and experience in accessing specialty referrals and community resources. You’ll be clinically competent in physical diagnosis, psychosocial assessment and management of health-illness needs to provide direct patient care and education to patients, families, students, and nursing staff.

Experience you’ll need:
- MSN, Nurse Practitioner with 1+ years of clinical provider experience
- 1 year experience in Anticoagulation Management Therapy
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR
- DEA number or proof of application within 2 months of hire
