Physician Assistant – Orthopedics
Well-respected Orthopedic Group seeks a Physician Assistant to work directly with an Orthopedic Surgeon with a Spine Fellowship. This position includes both the office and the OR with a strong focus on back injuries and some general. The group has their own MRI and Physical Therapy Center. This is a state-of-the-art facility with EMR and Digital X-Ray. The Physician Assistant would run an orthopedic clinic. Physician Assistants need to be self-starters that are self-motivated!
The Physician Assistant will enjoy year-round amenities of living in the great city of Phoenix.
Compensation: Salary is open (depends on experience), plus a bonus. Excellent benefits package!

Responsibilities include: H&P’s, patient evaluation and education, refers for diagnostic treatment, first assist, review lab results, write scripts, treat basic fractures, joint injection and aspiration, hospital rounds and call within a clinic setting.
Successful Physician Assistants should be NCCPA-Certified, have an orthopedic rotation and should have a connection to the region.
